Please contact us immediately if your order is incorrect or if the product is damaged at 803-944-2227 to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that chocolate may have discolorations in the product including orange or red. This is normal.

We are totally committed to helping you achieve the best results possible and recommend at least 1 consultation with our nurse at 803-470-1913 (ext. 4) on the proper servings to take for your body weight and condition.

Most clients see positive results in the inflammatory issues after taking our products. However, there is no guarantee in the results. We are not a licensed medical office and do not treat, diagnose, or claim to cure any disease or health condition.

You may return or exchange any unopened product for up to 60 days from the date you purchased. Any product returned must be properly packaged. Chocolate must be shipped with dry ice in the months of April through October.
